Many of our Togolese friends, teachers in particular, suffer from vision problems. Not easy to get diagnosed here, let alone find glasses adapted to their view.
We regularly bring glasses in our luggage, mainly loupes (to see up close), which we used to entrust to the dispensaries, charge them to organize screening sessions. It is not always easy to verify the concrete result of these actions ...
At the request of the teachers of the Sagbadaï primary school, we organized a group ophthalmologist consultation in the Center's library. Everyone left with his pair of magnifying glasses, apparently happy to have improved his eyesight. Not very academic, but quite effective! And thank you Mr Quémeneur of Roscoff for the donation of glasses.
